All mats produced by us are regularly tested in internal and external laboratories. Such testing gives us control over the quality of our products at all times.
Most of them are installed in high-traffic facilities, e.g. airports, shopping malls or hotels. Therefore, their resistance to weather conditions and high loads/increased traffic, shopping trolleys, cleaning machines and luggage/ is a key feature.
In order to provide our customers with certainty as to the standardisation of our processes, we submit ourselves to regular audits. In 2015, once again we received the ISO-9001 certificate, which is a confirmation of compliance with international standards of the manufacturing procedure. Our quality control programmes include: initial quality control of raw materials, quality control during the manufacturing process, as well as reliability and environmental tests. All aluminium mats undergo rigorous tests while on the production line. |
We test our mats in terms of load and weather resistance. Aluminium profiles were subjected to a static compression test using a testing machine at the Metal Testing Department, a department of the Metal Forming Institute. Despite the pressure of 3.9 kN (which corresponds to 397.69 kgs), all samples retained their original height and shape.

We also check the products in terms of user safety and comfort by: - minimising unevenness that could cause tripping - eliminating spaces that could cause heels to get stuck - testing the level of water absorption and preventing slips. In 2016, Clean System products were certified for an anti-slip class by the Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials (R11, R12 and R13).

Our products comply with hygienic requirements, as confirmed by hygienic approval certificate from the National Institute of Hygiene. We also have a certificate confirming the Cfl -s1 flammability class. |
